A NEW DESTINATION

The project aim was to transform an existing commercial tenancy for Lederer Group at 11 Moore Street, Canberra.

Our brief was to reinvigorate the base building to enhance its appeal and establish it as a new destination in the Canberra CBD for tenants and visitors alike.

The transformation included A-Grade End of Trip facilities, a welcoming building lobby and a modern café.

Our graphics team was also engaged to design and deliver new wayfinding signage, enhancing the ability for visitors to self-navigate through the building. Exterior signage has been carefully located to establish a street presence and a sense of arrival.

The new visual identity for the building was developed as a graphic kit-of-parts that can be adapted to all areas of the building for current upgrades and future evolutions. These placemaking and environmental graphics have been instrumental in creating an identity for the building.
