And – even trickier – how are you to look your boss in the eye now that you’ve seen, over Zoom, a copy of The Practical Pyromaniac sitting on her bookshelf?
“What we're hearing is people are wanting to come back to the workplace for those human connections,” says Lisa Munao, head of workplace, design and innovation at Australia design firm Davenport Campbell.
