You enter a lift. Your phone coverage cuts out and you’re staring blankly at a wall of steel and avoiding eye contact… but not at Darling Park.
A series of multi-sensory experiences have been created in the newly-refurbished Darling Park precinct, giving visitors the unique opportunity to enjoy iconic Australian natural wonders they may never get the chance to visit in real life. Users travelling up the elevators can look out to stunning views of scenic locations including islands, rainforests, deserts, beaches, mountains and sea cliffs.
Traffik, Davenport Campbell & Partners and Schindler Lifts Australia, created the never seen before seen immersive experience which has been implemented across six elevators, supporting a strategic play to put Darling Park on the map and make it ‘Sydney’s most vibrant commercial district’.
Large format screens create an immersive environment with scenery and sound from regional Australia that give a sense of soaring above the ordinary.
