11 Barrack Street

Supporting trading in the Sydney CBD since the 1850’s, heritage listed 11 Barrack Street required a significant refurbishment to meet the needs of tenants in 2024.

As the lead consultant, we assembled a team of specialists to help us to preserve its unique character, attract new tenants, and meet current standards of compliance and accessibility.

An extensive due diligence process was conducted to identify areas requiring attention, allowing the team to make careful adjustments to heritage elements to meet current codes and accessibility standards across the four floors and basement.

The successful refurbishment has resulted in the leasing of the entire building to one happy tenant.
