The pressures of growth have led to the need for more space so rather than relinquish their well known address, CBP Lawyers decided to remain in place, add a level and remodel their space.
As one of the older law firms in Australia, CBP Lawyers was keen to maintain its traditional values of reliability and integrity, however it also wanted to build a high performance and networked culture based upon personal accountability and innovation whilst upping the customer service levels from great to outstanding.
“We have a great client base and were looking for ways in which to grow this even further. What we wanted to offer our clients was a unique experience, a place where they could relax and feel comfortable whilst dealing with complicated and sometimes stressful matters. Our new reception lounge does just that” says Luke, the company’s managing partner.
To meet these goals, Davenport Campbell linked the new floor with the existing levels with an interconnecting stair and introduced library, touch down and breakout spaces to help draw people together both socially and professionally.
