PLATFORM NINE
We recently learned of a charity called Platform Nine who provide crisis accommodation for individuals & families who have survived domestic violence or been impacted by homelessness.
In these unprecedented times, and when we find ourselves grateful for our safety and our home environment, there are 23 women and children who are homeless in the Georges River area.
We are humbled to be supporting Platform Nine with the design of a new home to house up to 9 women and children, and we have reached out to our networks of suppliers to seek furniture donations to make the space a home. We will keep you posted on their extreme generosity in the coming weeks.
