GARMA HALL: THE FINAL MILESTONE

The construction of the new school hall in Garma, Nepal is rapidly reaching project completion.

This week Neill Johanson will be leading a group of Australian construction industry volunteers to the remote farming community in Nepal. This will be the final push to help finish work on the earthquake-proof hall and take part in the official opening.

They will be joined by Australian Ambassador to Nepal, Mr. Peter Budd who will conduct the official opening and celebrate this achievement with the school community and Australian volunteers.

We are very grateful for everything our volunteers and supporters have contributed to this great initiative and are very proud to announce that together we have raised $140,065.00.
