FESTIVALS OF IDEAS
To explore emerging trends in workplace design and to imagine what the workplace of 2030 could look like our talented team came together for a Festival of Ideas.
For half a day our studio was transformed into a giant hackable space to support a multitude of 8 minute experiences hosted by our designers, architects and subject matter experts.
Anticipating the effect Artificial Intelligence will have on the workplace, setting an agenda for how the government should interact with First Australians, forecasting the impact agile working will have on human behaviour and inventing new ways to unlock innovation were a few of the things that were debated.
At the festivals wrap up we all agreed for the need to design for a rapidly growing creative economy where people use their creative imagination to increase an idea’s value.
So whilst its import to embrace the work place methodologies that prevail in this gig economy, they will surely change.
